Trapdoor review & interview at Decoding Static

The novel Trapdoor has received a great new review over at Decoding Static, written by one of the past competition winners, Andy Harrod. There's also a follow-up interview with the author Vixen Phillips on the same site.

Also, don't forget that Lost Violet Press has a facebook page now, so if you're in that neck of the woods, stop by and say hi, or follow @lostvioletpress on Twitter.

Read an e-book week 2011

Lost Violet Press is again participating in Read an E-book Week for 2011. Between March 6-12, if you purchase from Smashwords using the vouchers listed on the books' product pages, you can get Narcissism for free, or Trapdoor for $1.50 (that's 50% off).

Narcissism updates

For the past six odd months, the e-book version of the original yaoi/dark science fiction novella Narcissism has been listed for free on some websites, and $0.99 on the Kindle store. Effectively immediately, this novella is now $0.99 at all e-book outlets. However, you can still read it for free on my (seriously abandoned) personal website, and there is a Smashwords coupon that can be used at checkout to get the e-book for free. See the updated Narcissism book page for more details. Thanks for your understanding.

Trapdoor (remix edition) competition winners

I've just run the script that determines the three winners of the free/giveaway copies of Trapdoor. Each of the winners has been notified via Facebook. Congratulations to Mima, Andy, and Genna, and humble apologies to anyone who didn't win a copy this time around. No doubt there'll still be more competitions in the future, so thanks to everyone who showed an interest in the story to enter in the first place.
